The service

FiveApply provides tools for FiveM communities to collect and review applications and to manage Discord roles. It is not affiliated with Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Discord.

Acceptable use

• You must comply with Discord's Terms and Developer Policy and the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement.
• You may not use FiveApply to charge players for whitelist or server access.
• You may not collect sensitive data beyond what is needed to assess an application.
• You are responsible for your staff's use of applicant data.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Plan limits are enforced in the app.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions communities make about applicants.
