FiveM EMS application questions
EMS and fire keep a FiveM city's RP going: every crash, shootout and hospital visit needs a medic who turns up and plays it out. These are the EMS application questions FiveApply ships with, covering paramedics, EMTs and firefighters.
What makes a good EMS applicant
- They enjoy the scene, not the revive. Look for players who'll roleplay treatment and transport instead of reviving and driving off.
- They can prioritise. A multi-casualty scenario quickly shows who thinks before acting.
- They stay neutral. Medics treat everyone. Applicants who want to “help the cops” or “help my gang” are a warning sign.
- They're on when the city is. EMS shortages at peak times are one of the most common complaints on RP servers, so ask about availability.

1. No random deathmatch (RDM) or vehicle deathmatch (VDM). 2. Value your life: act as if you could lose everything. 3. No metagaming or powergaming. 4. Stay in character in all public areas. 5. Respect staff decisions; appeal through the proper channel.
Ideas for extra EMS questions
The template is short on purpose. Add one or two of these if you want more depth:
- A patient refuses treatment after a crash. How do you handle it in character?
- You're called to treat someone in the middle of an active police scene. What do you do first?
- How would you make a 10-minute hospital visit interesting for the patient?
- Fire only: describe how you'd run a structure fire with two other firefighters.
